New Loan Program with Buy Down
We have just introduced a new loan program featuring a 3-2-1 or 2-1 buy down. If the rate is 7% and you have a 3-2-1 buy down, the rate the first year is 4%, 2nd year is 5%, 3rd year is 6% and the fourth year is 7%. The seller pays 4.25 points up front for 3-2-1, and 2.5 points for the 2-1 buy down. If a buyer is putting 10% down or more they can obtain seller credits of up to 6% of the sales price. There also is no prepayment penalty, so you can refinance at any time.
