I originally called these two 2/22/19. When we first spoke, they mentioned that they’d like to sell their home but it needed work. 5 months and 8 phone conversations later we got together at the property to interview for opportunity to list the home. Huge congratulations to on the purchase of her first home!! We first saw the home on her birthday and with one other offer already on the table we had to move fast. We submitted our offer and patiently waited to hear back. After a long weekend we adjusted some of our terms and her offer was accepted over a higher priced offer 😁🏡✅ She is one of my oldest friends and I’m so thrilled to have been able to get her into this incredible home. ⁣

Down the street you will find the Reston Town Center, a top spot for dining, shopping or community events. If you can't find what you are looking for in Reston, you are less than 8 miles from Tysons Corner. Doesn't get much better than that!

SOLD!! 🏡✅
I first spoke with these sellers on 10/15/2018, they mentioned possibly wanting to sell in the spring, as long as they could get the right price of course.
I continued to stay in touch and on 4/12/2019 met them in person to interview for the job of getting their home sold.
As you can see we got the job and got the job done. Our happy sellers get to start the next chapter of their lives with a smile on their face 😁
