With over three hundred closed transactions since 2004, Emil dedicates his time to building a successful real estate practice. From land acquisition to site planning and development of high end properties, Emil has guided clients through many transactions with

success stories of high equity returns, exceptional new construction deals and happy client reviews! The additional experience he gained in the banking and corporate renewable industries have enhanced his abilities to handle high-pressure moments, find compromise in stubborn negotiations, think objectively through important issues and lead conversations to a positive outcome for his clients. His real estate knowledge mixed with corporate professionalism and an enthusiastic human approach is what his clients appreciate the most about him. Together with his wife and partner, Cristina T Simionov, Emil leads the family-owned CASE Team with pride and joy. Along with their two daughters, they take time off to sponsor and participate in local charities. They are involved with the Children’s National Hospital’s annual 5K Race for Every Child in Washington DC, as well as the bi-annual Romanian Food Festival in Potomac, Maryland.
