With years of experience, Emil Simionov is known for his expertise in the DMV residential market and for his insightful negotiation skills. With over three hundred closed transactions since 2004, Emil dedicates his time to building a successful real estate practice. From land acquisition to site planning and development of high end properties, Emil has guided clients through many transactions with

Along with their two daughters, they take time off to sponsor and participate in local charities. They are involved with the Children’s National Hospital’s annual 5K Race for Every Child in Washington DC, as well as the bi-annual Romanian Food Festival in Potomac, Maryland.
