Lisa Sells Virginia Associate Broker with Corcoran McEnearney. A native of St. Hatfield (OR). Lisa became a licensed Virginia real estate salesperson in 1987.

My 35+ years of real estate experience in Northern Virginia, from Leesburg to Old Town Alexandria, give me the knowledge to assist all buyers and sellers! an Talmadge (GA). Following her job with Talmadge, she began a 12 year career as an office manager/administrative aide to Senator Mark O. Knowing that Senator Hatfield would eventually retire, she decided to go back to her true calling, real estate. In 1993, she earned her Real Estate Broker license. She has gone on to achieve the following designations: Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seniors Real Estates Specialist (SRES) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designee. Her success in residential sales has earned her the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors honor of Lifetime Multi-Million Dollars Sales Club and Lifetime Top Producer. She continues to enjoy assisting both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Lisa lives in Falls Church and shares her home with 2 parrots, a Bouvier des Flanders dog and over 50 koi fish. If she ever have any spare time, she prefers to spend it on the golf course, horseback riding, biking or at a Nationals game

🌳 Fairfax County revives free tree giveaways for residents

Fairfax County has reopened its free tree giveaway program, with the first two weeks reserved for residents in neighborhoods ranked high or very high on the federal Social Vulnerability Index. If supplies remain, the program will open to all county residents, who can receive up to two native, non-invasive trees for planting on their properties.

On Thursday, August 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the following roads will be intermittently closed to vehicle traffic for activities related to the Freedom 250 Grand Prix:

• Arlington Memorial Bridge
• Memorial Circle
• Memorial Avenue
• Southwest portion of Lincoln Memorial Circle NW
• Entrance ramp from Arlington Memorial Bridge to Ohio Dr SW

In response to the recent Presidential Executive Order pertaining to childhood vaccine recommendations, the Virginia Department of Health is reaffirming its previously stated commitment to vaccines as an essential tool in protecting the health of children, their families, and their communities.

🔹The Presidential Executive Order does not change vaccine recommendations or school immunization requirements in Virginia.
