If you are wondering why 90% of consumers CHOOSE to use a real estate agent instead of "doing it on their own," try to do a few of your own deals abd you will find out real quick why 87% of agents fail in the first few years of their career.

It's not because they don't want to work or aren't talented enough. Truth is, it's not easy.

A great agent is worth their weight in gold.

And, even if we go from 90% to 50% of consumers who use agents, it doesnt matter.

In a world of greater technology and options for consumers, great agents will become even more valuable.

Real estate agents will always be in demand.

This isn’t to be hateful. This is just to show that we actually do not walk away with as much as sellers and buyers think. We put a lot of time and effort hourly unpaid, and we do it because we love what we do. Just something to think about that’s not usually talked about !  

Let me paint you a picture of that "overpaid" 1.5%:

Sunday: Your agent shows 8 houses. Misses their kid's game. Again.

Monday: Negotiates your offer till 2am. Wakes up at 6 to follow up.

Tuesday: Drives 90 miles showing homes. You ghost them.

Wednesday: Spends $400 on photography for a listing. Client cancels.

Thursday: Gets yelled at by you for something the lender did.

Friday: Closes a deal. Finally. After 73 days of work.

Saturday: Three clients call during dinner. They answer every time.

But that 1.5% to navigate the biggest financial decision of your life?

Highway robbery, right?
