Crockpot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili 🍗🌶️
This Crockpot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili is creamy, cozy, hearty, and packed with bold flavor 😍 It’s the perfect dump-and-go dinner for busy days, chilly nights, game days, or anytime you want an easy comfort meal!
✨ Ingredients:
* 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 1 block cream cheese (8 oz), softened
* 1 can black beans (15 oz), drained & rinsed
* 1 can corn kernels (15 oz), drained
* 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies (10 oz)
* 1 packet taco seasoning (1 oz)
* 1 packet ranch seasoning (1 oz)
👩🍳 Directions:
1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Add cream cheese, black beans, corn, and Rotel on top.
3. Sprinkle taco seasoning and ranch seasoning over everything.
4. Gently stir ingredients together.
5. Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours or low for 6–8 hours.
6. Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
7. Return shredded chicken back to the crockpot.
8. Stir until creamy and fully combined.
9. Cook another 30 minutes so all the flavors blend together.
10. Serve hot with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
