The Essex Group, brokered by EXP Realty, LLC

The Essex Group, brokered by EXP Realty, LLC Real Estate Broker assisting both buyers and sellers in the residential market. The Essex Group Hi! I’m Julie Essex.

I have spent nearly 20 years in the real estate industry. I started my career in 2003 as a Paralegal, where I assisted in real estate closings and real estate litigation before moving on to work with lenders. In 2007, I began working with an investment firm specializing in 1031 Exchanges and REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts). That same year, I also received my Series 22 license. Soon after, I was invited to return to the legal field in 2009, working with a firm representing homeowners. With additional experience in office management for a general contractor and as a photographer, I was well prepared to begin my dream career as a Real Estate Broker. I received my Real Estate license in 2016 in the State of Oregon and now over 6 years later I am continuing my career in my new home of North Carolina. I greatly enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring the stunning North Carolina landscapes with my amazingly handsome husband and 3 beautiful children. I also enjoy cooking, photography, and traveling. Above all, my ultimate favorite past-time is watching college and professional football!
