What books are you reading? What books are you reading?
I am listening, in the car and/or making dinner: Joyce Meyer shows from her app and listening to The Darlings by Hannah McKinnon. I am currently reading these four books: Elin Hilderbrand Swan Song (her last novel 😇), Resisting Happiness by Matthew Kelly, can't put this one down - learning so much awesomeness! Do It Afraid by Joyce Meyer Ministries and lastly, a book I bought for Chris back when we met, I am falling in love with it! Zen and The Art of Motorcycle Maintenance by Robert M. Pirsig.

The big question these days…”Are we currently in a housing bubble?” What do you think? 🤔

✅ Answer: False. Most experts do not expect a housing market crash in 2023 since many homeowners have built up significant equity in their homes. The issue is primarily an affordability crisis. High interest rates and inflated home values have made purchasing a home challenging for first-time homebuyers.

🚨 Myth Alert 🚨

Most buyers who buy in the early stages of construction in a community can expect to build equity even before they close on their home, because of price increases as the builder sells more homes. There is generally another spike in value once the entire community is completed.

Has anyone personally experienced this? I’m curious, how much equity did you have before you moved into your new home?
