Great reminders. Checking my window caulking has been on mine. You might be surprised how many homes have water damage around the windows. And don’t forget to keep those lintels painted and rust free. That’s what causes the step cracking in the bricks near windows and over garages.

Major price improvement!! This house for under $250k?? It’s kind of insane. Heated floors, the 2nd floor is the entire master suite plus laundry. Greenhouse on the 3rd floor. 2 off street parking spots. It’s such a unique and cool space.
