Will Pennsylvania Stay Stable in 2026
With 20 years in real estate and a focus on staying ahead of market shifts, I’m closely watching Pennsylvania’s outlook for 2026. Home prices are projected to grow at a steady pace—about 2% to 4%—thanks to continued affordability and consistent buyer demand. Both Philadelphia and Pittsburgh are set to remain key hubs for activity, while inventory levels are rising in line with the 8.9% national trend, helping the market stay balanced. Sales activity is also expected to align with the national growth baseline of 1.7%. Staying informed on these trends allows me to guide my clients with confidence, ensuring they’re prepared for what’s ahead.
