🍻 OKTOBERFEST IS BACK! 🍻

Mark your calendars for the 21st Annual Sierra Pacific Real Estate Oktoberfest — Saturday, October 17th in Downtown Meadow Vista!

And while Oktoberfest has always been a great excuse for an adult night out 😉, there's something we want to make much clearer this year:

❤️ OKTOBERFEST IS A COMMUNITY FUNDRAISER!

This year, we're excited to be raising money for Sierra Foothills Little League! ⚾

Come spend the evening with us enjoying:

🍺 Beer
🍽️ Food
🎶 Music by Jimmy Overdrive
🎟️ Raffle Prizes
🙌 And a whole lot of Meadow Vista community fun!

FREE ADMISSION- An Adult Night Out!
📅 Saturday, October 17th, 2026
⏰ 6:00–10:00 PM
📍 16898 Placer Hills Road, Downtown Meadow Vista

After more than 20 years of Oktoberfest, we're excited to continue this tradition with an even bigger focus on what has always been at the heart of it — bringing our community together while giving back to local organizations that make a difference.

This year's event is proudly presented by Sierra Pacific Community Outreach, and we can't wait to raise a glass AND raise some money for Sierra Foothills Little League! 🍻⚾

Invite your friends, share this post and we'll see you October 17th!

📣🎊UPDATE!! After posting our results from Oktoberfest, we were notified by the treasurer that two of our former clients, who had inquired about donating $ to the MVCC money at our event, had come in, bringing in an additional $10,100 to the Community Center. THANK YOU to those donors!🎊

🎉Cheers to our amazing community! 🍺💛 Thanks to everyone who came out to our Oktoberfest fundraiser; we raised a total of $16,791.32 for the Meadow Vista Community Center as a Community!

Sierra Pacific Real Estate was proud to organize and sponsor the event, but this victory belongs to YOU — our incredible donors, volunteers, and neighbors who made it all possible!

Here’s to fun, friends, and giving back! 🥨🎶
