FYI .. there is a commercial by Pennsylvania that shows you how to do early voting. Unfortunately they show you how to do it wrong. Early voting requires your vote, a yellow envelope, and your white envelope with your name and information. This white envelope you also have to sign and date. The problem with the commercial is it does not show the second envelope being put into the white envelope. When I did early voting the guy at the office said it was imperative that you put your ballot in the yellow envelope and then put it in the white envelope sign and date the white envelope. If that's not done your ballot will not be counted. If you do vote early or by mail make sure you put your ballot in that yellow or security envelope before putting it in the white envelope that you sign and date.
