Congrats to my guy Romeo!! This is why I love what I do! Romeo and I met and grabbed a coffee a few months ago to talk about real estate investing. We started to look for properties, run numbers, and get after it.

Fast forward to now, he was able to secure his first rental property, and live in one unit and rent the other out. Such a power way to build wealth, and couldn’t be happier for you!
