Several years ago, I had the pleasure of helping my seller purchase this home as new construction. I got to be there through the selection process and watch as she turned a brand-new house into her home.

When it was time to begin her next chapter, I was honored that she reached back out and trusted me once again—this time to sell it. ❤️

One of my favorite parts of real estate is getting to work with clients through different seasons of their lives. Helping someone buy a home is special, but having them come back years later and trust you to sell it means even more.
