Spent the day at Career Day at Lettie Dent and it was amazing. I teamed up with Erin Johnson from First Home Mortgage to walk students through budgeting, credit, and what it really takes to buy a home. Closed! 🎉 These two moved all the way from Maine to Southern Maryland and put their trust in me to help them find the right home — and y’all, it was quite the journey.

Our first contract? Inspection had other plans. So we regrouped, kept looking, and then… they found it. Well-kept, fenced backyard, and we even negotiated a brand new roof. Not bad, right?

🏡 Didn’t even make it to the market — and it’s already under contract!

We weren’t scheduled to go live until May 7th, but two offers came in before we ever officially listed. The sellers accepted one before I even finished loading the staging trailer. 🚚✨

We spent about a month getting everything just right — my contractor was hands-on making sure the home was in perfect condition and move-in ready. That prep work pays off.

Here’s the part that really stands out: another agent had advised these sellers to list over $50,000 less than our list price — and told them they’d never get close to what we were asking.

The final offer? Above list price. đź’Ş

The spring market is absolutely in full effect, and this is exactly why pricing strategy and preparation matter. So incredibly proud of my sellers and thrilled for what’s ahead for them!
