We ARE in a bit of a seasonal slowdown right now, buyers are genuinely getting concessions and repair negotiations that weren’t happening a few months ago. That part’s real, and if you’re buying, this is your moment.

But there’s a difference between negotiating smart and just… making up a number. Comps tell the story, not vibes.

This window of buyer leverage won’t last through fall, so if you’re house hunting, let’s use this market the right way while it’s still here.

People think this job is just unlocking doors and taking pretty photos for the listing. 📸

In reality? We’re part negotiator, part therapist, part marketer, part problem-solver, and occasionally full-blown crisis manager, sometimes all before lunch.

We’re the ones talking a buyer off the ceiling after the inspection report. Convincing a seller that beige is, in fact, a color everyone loves. Rescheduling a closing for the third time because the other side went silent for a week. Explaining…again.. why the well water test matters.
And somehow we still smile through it all. 😅

Because at the end of the day, we’re not just selling houses. We’re helping people through one of the biggest, most stressful, most exciting decisions of their lives. That’s definitely worth showing up for, every time.
