After graduating from Old Dominion University with a bachelors in Business Marketing, Tommy was called into full-time youth ministry with an organization that he had volunteered with throughout college, Young Life. Tommy was sent to be the Area Director for Young Life in Hanover County in 2006. After 7 amazing years with Young Life in Hanover County, he decided to transition into real estate.
