Closed!!!

A couple of years ago, I helped her parents find their perfect home. Today, I helped their daughter Kelly say “yes” to her new address.

It was extra special because it was the same neighborhood that I bought my first house at her age.

I couldn’t be more thrilled for her. I love making people happy. Cheers to many happy memories in your new home, Kelly!!! 🏡❤️ 🥂

I love a neighborhood that feels like family. So much fun in the first annual Village Pointe turkey trot! 🍁🦃 🏃‍♀️ PS. Only my runner daughter Sarah would dress up as Stay Puff and run the whole trot in this get up!! 🤣🤣 Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🍁🍽

This house is a GEM. I stand behind this being an awesome street and neighborhood because I live here myself! The only difference is that this is probably the best lot on the whole block! Beautiful home in a PRIME location— Great schools, a short walk to dining and shopping on Main Street, friendly and active community with tennis and parks. It doesn’t get better!! ❤️❤️
