PM Job Description:
Salary and Commission:
- Commission ranges from $2,500 to $18,000+ per month.
- Salary amount of 3,500 per month.
- Roll has potential to be hybrid or even remote after 3 months or upon completion of training in On-site in Rouge River Oregon:
- Work Hours 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday.
We specialize in start-to-finish construction for clients whose homes have been damaged.
This position has a high ceiling because we are a small company with immense growth in the near future and we need someone who can help us handle that long-term.
Expectations:
- Simultaneously manage multiple construction projects within timeline, budget, and scope from start-to-finish by mastering Legacy RED Project Management Systems.
- Meet or exceed KPI (Key Performance Indicators) targets.
- Provide continual input to optimize Legacy RED systems and operations.
- Adhere to our companies key values; Integrity, Diligence, Efficiency, & Creativity… All lead to Excellent Service & Quality Products.
- Maintain >.1% of project costs liable to Legacy RED.
- Maintain >4.5 stars client and partner (subs, restoration, insurance, material expediters) relations.
Project Manager Required Skills / Abilities:
- A Digital Native with proficiency in Xactimate, Apple Products, Box, and Basic math.
- Experience in dealing with insurance carriers.
- Deep knowledge of standard construction from start to finish.
- A portfolio of commercial and residential projects managed.
- Emotionally Intelligent Communication, both written and verbal.
- Personal Schedule Development.
- Mastery of our contracts, documents, and processes.
- Quote Processes.
- Sales Skills in Negotiations and Closing Contracts.
- Payment Processing.
- Customer Selection Processes:
- Outsource to: Architect, Designer, Sub Contractor, &/or Material - Expediter.
- CPM Scheduling. List of detailed sequential tasks required to complete projects.
- Handling drawings, submitting permits, additional document skills when necessary.
- Bidding Sub Contractors.
- Sub Contractor Selections.
- Material Expediting.
- Labor Scheduling.
- Spending tracking and receipts.
- Financial Updates.
- Document and Note organization.
- Ex*****on of Project.
- Legacy RED Inspections when necessary.
- Project Closing.
- Requesting Reviews.
- Lead Generation.
- Ability to train others.

Day to Day with Legacy RED:
- Every day runs a little differently depending on what is to be done but there are some daily responsibilities.
First thing in the morning, at the end of the work day, + throughout as necessary: Review every active project, communicate with all necessary parties, submit notes and documentation to appropriate locations, create and prioritize to-dos for the following day/few days, and archiving completed todos.
- Follow the 1-minute rule, if it takes less than a minute do it then and there before it is forgotten, for example; as soon as you get a receipt document it to the appropriate Project Folder, or if a client has concerns that need to be checked into then plug it into todos, or if an architect says to check in with them next Thursday to put it in your calendar! Our systems are designed to be thorough, but easy. You will become proficient. Never forget that we are problem solvers and de-escalators making money by efficiently providing our quality services and products.
