I sell houses for a living, but this is the part of “home” I care about most.

The fingerprints on the windows and mirrors.
The toys you swore wouldn’t take over the living room.
The sound of laughter from the ones you love most.
The completely ordinary moments you don’t realize you’ll miss someday.

The house is just the setting. This is the good stuff.

For some, the sign is the marketing. For me, it’s the last step. Before your home ever hits the market, I’m already working behind the scenes:

• Positioning your home to make a splash
• Making sure photos and listing details are ready
• Creating marketing materials specific to your property
• Scheduling social media content before launch
• Preparing & scheduling paid advertising
• Getting your listing in front of buyers and other local agents, scheduling open houses
• Making sure showings, disclosures & buyer questions can be handled from day one

I don’t list your home and then figure out how to market it. The plan is already in motion before the sign ever hits the yard.

Wait… where did all of you come from?! 🥹🤍

I noticed there are quite a few new faces around here, and I couldn’t be more grateful. So instead of another house post, here’s a little “get to know me” edition.

• I grew up playing a handful of sports and played softball in college.. I’m super competitive, and have been known to turn anything into a competition.
•Most people know me as Krissy
•I love coaching sports
•I graduated from SOU with a degree in Health & Physical Education… because apparently life had other plans.
•I’m a mama to two pretty awesome kiddos, and they’re my biggest “why.”
•One thing about me.. I love trying out our local restaurants and coffee shops. Give me your recommendations!
•I genuinely love yard work. Give me a mower, some flowers to plant, or a yard project, and I’m a happy girl.
•I love spending time outdoors.
•I’ve been helping buyers and sellers in Southern Oregon for the last 5 years (best career decision I ever made!) and absolutely pride myself in hard work and being on top of things!

Closed. Finally. 🥹

This one deserves more than a “just sold” post, because behind the pretty photos and the closing day graphic was one of the most challenging transactions I’ve been part of. This home went through four escrows.

Four. For perspective, four escrows is more than a lot of agents close in an entire year… and we went through that on one single gorgeous home.

There were numerous price changes, sleepless nights. There were moments where I questioned what else we could possibly do. And to make it even crazier, we had an appraisal come back $65k higher than the price we ultimately closed at.

Real estate is not always glamorous. Sometimes it is stressful, emotional, frustrating, and exhausting.

We made changes along the way for different buyers and different escrows. It was a rollercoaster.

But this is the part of real estate people don’t always see. The follow-up. The problem solving, The pivoting,The hard conversations. The late-night stress. The “what now?” moments.

I am so grateful for my seller who trusted me through every single turn this took. This one tested us, but we made it to the finish line. Grateful. Slightly traumatized. But closed.
