This incredible listing didn’t last long… a few hours, as a matter of fact. And let me tell you why.🤌🏼

You know that chocolate chip cookie recipe you swear by? The one that’s tried and true, better than the rest, and always turns out just right? My seller had that same kind of recipe for getting a home ready to sell.

She did the little things. She called in the cleaner , the window cleaner, had the landscaper on schedule, brought in an incredible staging company , and trusted the process from start to finish.

And it worked. After a very short time on the market, a text came through from … and after the showing, I got the “cancel the open house” text. To which I jokingly replied something along the lines of, “Write me an offer my seller can’t turn down and I’ll see what I can do.”

By the next morning, we had an accepted offer. I still held my head high at the open house, letting everyone know this cutie didn’t last long but I wasn’t about to cancel last minute.A few weeks later, we’re officially closed. The sweetest recipe for success.

I am truly grateful for every seller who chooses and trusts me to represent them and some sellers make you wish you could copy + paste the whole experience.

Some things are simply meant to be. 🏡✨

After a few years of searching and a little break along the way, Sammie reached out about a cute little farmhouse one with family property just beyond the fence.

Within hours, we were there, between multiple offers, and a whole lot of moving pieces everything came together just as it was supposed to. she made it happen.

Now that fence will soon have a gate, and what was once separate will feel like one big backyard full of family, cows, calves, girls’ nights, get-togethers, and sweet memories.
