Huge shotout to Megan and Mario! Last week they closed on their very first home 😁

After almost 3 different terminations, 4 extensions and some increased blood pressure😅. They became homeowners 🏡🏡

We closed just in time. One, because their rate lock was going to expire soon and two they fly out to get married this week!

It was 2018 B.C. (before Corona). I had the privilege of helping this family become first time homeowners.

Here we are almost 3 years later and they have sold their first home. So what does 2021 hold for the Dorn's?

Well we will be hitting the pavement hard finding them their perfect 🏡!

Congrats to Ashwin and his fiance Joan on the purchase of their new home!

Super excited to be able to help them with their move from Portland down to beautiful southern oregon!

We were able to do a zoom walk through on this home and write up an offer contingent on them seeing it in person.

Doing this gave them some protection in the transaction but made it to where they didn't miss out on this gem.

Congratulations again! Also huge shout out to for coming through clutch and showing them properties when they did make it to town!

P.S we were able to close this one in under 30 days! So if you are planning on being a homeowner soon this could be you by the end of Jan 😱
