These clients packed up their life in North Carolina, sold their home, and started their move west before we hit a major snag on our first property. Insurance was a nightmare, and we made the hard call to terminate.

They were heartbroken. They were also determined.

We found 258 Walker, ran an insurance check before submitting an offer, and got the green light. VA loan, $565K, smooth close, minor septic issue handled by the sellers without a fuss.

And here is the best part? This home was better. More space, fruit trees, gardens, and the perfect launching pad for their Southern Oregon chapter. 🍎✨

Growler Guys in Grants Pass is one of those spots that truly has it all figured out — 50+ taps with beer, cider, kombucha, nitro cold brew… and a food menu that actually delivers 🍔☕️
