I’m seeing rates in the 5%s now, peeps! I don’t personally think we will ever (or not for a very long time anyway) see them in that 2.5-3% range we were at, so prob wouldn’t hold out for that range, at least personally.

Housing prices have definitely fallen. Seeing subdivision houses under $300k again…that doesn’t happen often in So. Oregon.

This might be the perfect time to catch a lower rate AND lower price. It’s like a teeter-totter…generally when one is up, the other is down. Catching it at its even keel point, which some might argue/predict is NOW, is definitely the move!
