Apart from being a mom and wife I wear many hats professionally. One as a Realtor and recently as a travel advisor.

When I joined Wishlist Travel collective as a travel advisor, I knew I could put many the skills that make me a successful Realtor to use when helping planning a vacation for a client.

When you choose a Realtor to list your home, there are a few things you should consider when finding the right agent.

1. Don’t just choose your listing agent based on the highest list price and lowest commission.
2. Ask questions about what your realtor will do to market your home the best possible way!
3. Choose a listing agent that will be honest, has experience and education about the market you will be listing your home in. This includes providing you with a Competitive Market Analysis to see what is a realistic number your home will sale for based on what similar homes in the current market are going for.
4. And last but not least, having a listing agent who is responsive and always in communication with you as the seller to let you know what going on through the whole listing process.

These 4 tips will help you when choosing the right agent for you to sell your home quick and get the most out of your investment.

So happy for my clients to close on their previous home and forever home all in one day. They were so amazing every step of the way, even when we were face obstacles they remained calm and had trust in me and the process. So happy to have gained a new friendship with this amazing family. Last week was a big week for us! We sold our first home and bought a bigger nest to make our home for our growing family!

Even in a crazy market our awesome realtor helped us find the perfect house in our #1 choice neighborhood! She had the PERFECT plan for selling our house- we had over a dozen offers in 36 hours and were able to stop showing our house after 1.5 days! She also got the most incredible pictures and videos of the house to drive buyers to see it. Emily was also a BEAST at closing coordinating so both happened simultaneously saving us a ton of $$$ in moving and storage.

Through all of this, she made the process incredibly easy, worked at all hours- Even while on vacation and cut no corners. We couldn’t be more grateful!

Working on some new marketing strategies as the market starts to slow down a little. One of the key ways to becoming successful in the real estate business is to market yourself. Hey guys!!! Starting my Monday to showcase a couple of listings I have under contract.It’s been a very busy and gratifying couple months for me in real estate, hence why you haven’t been really seeing me on Instagram. I have been working my tail off with listings and showings and it has definitely payed off. By October I’m set to have sold over a million dollars in Real Estate! Words cannot express how happy I am that my hard work is paying off. It’s been a long time coming! I just want to say how thankful I am to my clients for choosing me as their realtor. They know that I am a mama lion for them and am going to fight tooth and nail to make sure they are happy with their transactions.
