Patrick and his wife Jennifer have encompassed all things Real Estate for the past 12 years. Starting their venture in Phoenix, Arizona, Patrick began in mortgage lending and then real estate while Jennifer started a company in residential photography and marketing after studying architecture and design at ASU. In 2010, they joined forces to launch their real estate investment company, Aspen & Alder Homes- and have successfully purchased, rehabbed and sold nearly 40 distressed properties (and counting) since then. Over the years, this duo has expanded their efforts to offer their clients a wide variety of in-house services ranging from staging, photography and marketing to design consults and total remodels using the resources and skills they've acquired.
