The Fed raised rates by .25%, and everyone is already up in arms -but let’s add some perspective. 😅

Homeowners with a 2–4% rate: you don’t necessarily have to feel stuck. You are likely sitting on a sh*t ton of equity that could go toward your next down payment, closing costs, or buying down your new rate.

Buyers: don’t automatically assume you can’t afford a home now. Depending on your situation, you may be able to negotiate seller assistance, explore a different loan program, buy something comfortably within budget, then refinance later when rates drop.

And while you’re “waiting,” you’re still paying someone else’s mortgage and building their equity instead of your own. Renting may make sense for some people- but don’t write off buying without running your ACTUAL numbers.

Don’t make a major real estate decision based on a headline. Message me, and let’s look at what makes sense for your specific situation. 🏡

We are active, full time, and well known agents in the area. Not your uncle who sold his house in 1996.
We don’t want to LIST your house, we want to sell it.

You don’t have to take our advice, but it’s our job to give it.

I take such pride in the way that I run my business and the value I know that my team brings to the table.

If you want to list high we will absolutely do that with the understanding that -
* I cannot promise the same results.
* After X amount of time on the market, we will re-evaluate the price and make MY suggested adjustments.
* You will agree to reimburse me for my listing expenses if the property does not sell in X amount of days.

WHY? Because we have a reputation and stats to keep up with, we don’t want to waste your time OR ours, AND we enjoy what we do and the people we work with so much… we don’t need no unhappy customers due to their own poor decisions.

I think that about sums it up.
