I woke up early this morning excited to go to the gym. However, when I arrived, I found that the power was out. I could have been disappointed and gone home, but I decided to take advantage of the opportunity instead.
I grabbed a coffee and went for a nice morning walk instead. I enjoyed the fresh air and sunshine, and I even got some steps in. It was a great way to start my day.

This experience taught me an important lesson:

Always be ready to audible when life throws you a curveball.

Things don't always go according to plan, but that doesn't mean you can't still achieve your goals. Sometimes, the best way to deal with an unexpected challenge is to simply change your approach.
So, if you're ever faced with a setback, don't give up. Be creative and find a new way to reach your destination. You might be surprised at what you can accomplish.

Delaware County:

-Median Sale Price for Delaware County Homes was $333,500 in May 2023

-There was an increase in total units sold in May, with 522 sold this month in Delaware County Real Estate versus 438 last month, an increase of 19%

-The total number of active inventory this May was 538 compared to 602 in May 2022

Montgomery County:


-Median sale price of a home in Montgomery County was $445K in June 2023

-On average, homes in Montgomery County sell after 12 days on the market compared to 8 days last year

-922 homes sold in June this year, down from 1,351 last year

Chester County:



-Median sale price of a home in Chester County was $523K in June 2023

-On average, homes in Chester County sell after 17 days on the market compared to 7 days last year

-There were 638 homes sold in June this year, down from 777 last year

Think of it like summer homework - except this is way more fun than algebra. Plus, you'll thank yourself come fall when you don't have a long list of neglected tasks staring you down. So go ahead, put on some music, grab a cold beverage, and get to work! Your home will thank you for it.

Today, I’m feeling grateful for the freedom and opportunity that this country has given me. I’m proud to be part of a nation that values diversity, innovation, and resilience.

As I reflect on the meaning of this day, I’m reminded of the courage and sacrifice of those who fought for our independence. I’m also inspired by the vision and leadership of those who shaped our democracy.

I hope you all have a wonderful day celebrating with your loved ones. Let’s cherish this moment and honor our flag, our history, and our future.

In May 2023, Delaware County home prices were up 6.1% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $329K. On average, homes in Delaware County sell after 23 days on the market compared to 18 days last year
