Well it’s January 1st of a new year and I have some catch up to do!

1️⃣st up: December Recap!
- Congratulations are in order for first time home buyers Frank & Allison who settled on their new home in Leedom right before Christmas. This couple reminded me so much of my husband & I with their quick wit and sense of humor with each other. They’ve got some renovating to do but they’re not afraid of getting their hands dirty! 🔨
- More congratulations for first time home buyer Siarhei who upgraded from his rental townhome to owning his own end unit in Collegeville right before the New Year. More space for his growing family! It’s always nice when we can keep a deal within the LenzaTeam too, happy clients all around 😁
- And on Xmas eve I got to pass along the happy news to my DE clients Carolyn & Will that they got their offer accepted on a great house in Wilmington!

2️⃣nd up: 2021 Recap!
- I had the pleasure of helping 19 clients/families buy or sell houses this year
- This brought me to a personal best of 5.4 Million in sales volume this year
- I also got my DE license this year and was able to help 3 families over the state line. 2 were major relocations from CA & Las Vegas (so yes it IS possible to buy a home from afar)!

None of this would be possible without the TRUST of my new clients and the referrals of my past clients! I’m SO incredibly THANKFUL for each and every one of you who keep me busy and growing daily. Real estate is not for the faint of heart- we take on large responsibilities and it can be fun, but also stressful and emotionally exhausting! I’m not happy unless my clients are and I sure hope you’re all entering 2022 with smiling faces and warm loving homes 🏡❤️ Cheers! 🥂

Congrats to Glenolden’s newest first time home buyers- DeAnna & Nelson! These guys were renting right around the block and got fed up paying a landlord for less than ideal living conditions. I could tell they were good people from the moment I met them and the more I learned about them the more determined I was to help them. We made it happen and seeing their excitement was so worth every second of the process!

Recapping a great week for my buyers!
#2 Congratulating Wilhelm on his new home in Ridley Park! Wilhelm made buying a home look easy- he saw this one from a Lenza Team video, liked it and made a strong offer out the gate… it was his first offer & he got accepted- Definitely a win in this seller’s market! ✅ 🏠another renter who was ready to stop paying the landlord & start gaining his own equity! Congrats!!

Recapping a great week for my buyers!
#1 Congratulating Shannon on her new home in Drexel Hill! Shannon is a breath of fresh air in all she does & buying a home was no exception! She was always on top of her game throughout and chose to ignored the people who told her their horror stories. Guess what? They were wrong! We got her to the table smoothly & on time and she’s already there renovating this weekend 🔨 🏠 no more rent payments for Shannon!! Congrats!
