TIP TUESDAY -- When updating your home for sale, keep the upgrades standard 🧠

Leathered Granite is one of my FAVORITE things. I would put these counters (well a different color possibly), in my personal, forever home. 😍

When updating your home for sale, do not overspend on upgrades you would PERSONALLY like. Stick to standard upgrades. The buyer will be just as happy, your wallet will be happy AND you will appeal to more buyers 🧠

What do you think of Leathered Granite??

+ Advantages - it is unique and gives a more rustic, natural feeling to your kitchen
-- Disadvantages - more expensive than polished granite and scratches easier
