Where do you get your market information? The number one question I get asked every week is how is the market? Sometimes someone offers "their" opinion, usuualy along the lines of there is a housing bubble, its turning into a buyers market, homes are taking longer to well. The chart agrees with it taking "longer" to sell in the Philadelphia region, but Real Estate is a Micro-local market. New listing hits the market in Swarthmore last week, my buyers submit an offer well over full price, as do 17 other buyers.................
