AGENT HIGHLIGHT: Michael Guzzardi!
Michael Guzzardi is an Associate Broker in Pennsylvania, a Broker in Delaware, and a PA State Certified Broker/Appraiser with RE/MAX Hometown REALTORS, Media PA. As of July 1, 2025, Michael has been in real estate for an impressive 49 years. Starting in residential property management in Center City, Philadelphia, Michael has rented and sold small and large apartment buildings, small commercial buildings, and commercial/residential properties. Michael has directed condominium conversion from residential rental and was among the first to sell/rent condominium parking spaces.
Michael Guzzardi's educational journey is as diverse as his professional career. He graduated from Lehigh University with a BS in Business Management and a course load in Fundamental Sciences, now known as Environmental Science. His fascination with computers led him to graduate with a Technical Service Degree from Anthem Institute (formerly known as the Chubb Institute), believing that understanding technological advances provides a competitive edge in the business world. In 2024, Michael obtained a Master of Science in Pastoral Mental Health Counseling at Neuman University. His experience as a chaplain at Nemours Children Hospital, Wilmington, DE, and the University of Pennsylvania (HUP), Philadelphia, PA, and his continued volunteering with caregivers in the Family Care Giver Center have honed his grief and hospice training specialization.
Since joining the McFadden Team of RE/MAX Hometown REALTORS in Media, Pennsylvania, Michael Guzzardi has been dedicated to assisting many property sellers and buyers to find suitable locations for their homes or businesses, particularly in Delaware, Chester, Philadelphia, and Montgomery Counties. Michael's years of experience will help buyers and sellers view their buying and selling visions with understanding, knowledge, direction, and advice. He believes that experience counts with practical information, a holistic approach to the real estate process, and direct information. Of course, references can be provided.
Michael Guzzardi's commitment to service and community is evident in his extensive involvement. As a child, he attended classes at the Waldron Mercy Academy, where he was taught to grow in intellect, faith, the Mercy Values, and character. He graduated from Saint Joseph's Preparatory School and has since served on the Board of Trustees for Saint Rose of Lima Church and School in West Philadelphia, the Board of Trustees for Waldron Mercy Academy (9 Years), and other positions in the community.
His many awards include Dean's List at Lehigh University, Mensa, numerous listing and sales awards, Retired Commercial and Private Helicopter pilot, and Retired Flight Instructor. Michael is a current Mercy Associate with the Sisters of Mercy.
Michael Guzzardi enjoys exercising daily, traveling, reading, chess, and keeping current with his interest in computers and technology.
