ENDING THE WEEK WITH ANOTHER SOLD AND SETTLED🏡🔑

A huge congratulations to Megan's clients and friends, Mike & Kelsey, who officially said goodbye to their very first home in Springhill Farm this week!

Every sale we’re a part of is special, but every once in a while, one means just a little bit more — and this was definitely one of those.

Mike & Kelsey found themselves facing a big and exciting life change that meant needing more space — and needing to make a move much sooner than they expected. They called Megan right away, trusting that she would help them navigate everything that came along with such a big transition and do everything possible to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Two months ago, they purchased their beautiful new home, and this week, they officially closed the chapter on their first one. ❤️

We couldn’t be happier for Mike & Kelsey and are so grateful they trusted Megan and the Kerezsi Real Estate Team during such an exciting and important time in their lives. Being able to help friends and clients through these big life moments is truly one of the best parts of what we do.

Congratulations to Megan’s longtime client, Sharon, who is officially under contract on her new home in Morton!

Megan and Sharon have had the pleasure of working together on several moves over the years, so when Sharon called and said, “I think it’s time,” Megan was ready to get to work!

We couldn’t be more excited for Sharon as she makes the move back into a single-family home and, even better, closer to her family. ❤️
