Chuck Sells PA Homes I began my real estate career in 2002. In addition to practicing residential real estate. Throughout my career I continued to prosper professionally.

I began my real estate career in 2002 and shortly afterwards won awards for top listing and selling agent in the same month. I closed 2.5 million in a 5 weeks time which was a company record in 25 years of business. I won Executive Club awards 3 years in a row during my time at Remax. I have an extensive construction background and have worked closely with several top notch home inspectors during

my career, which enables me to assist clients in identifying issues prior to listing a home and assist clients with the necessary repairs prior to or after home inspection. I am a strong believer in networking and have an arsenal of tradesmen to aid my clients to solve any type of issue that may arise in a home inspection. My ultimate goal is people helping people. In addition to practicing residential real estate, I have strong ties to commercial real estate as well. I have consulted on several major commercial deals and have others in the works. PERSONAL
I am a father of twin boys and a true family man. I am a huge sports fan specifically NFL football, NHL hockey and MLB baseball. I was born and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs so I am a proud hometown guy and a strong supporter of all the Philadelphia teams. In the Summer I enjoy spending my time on Jet Skis or Wave Runners riding around Ocean City New Jersey. In the Winter I enjoy ATV s and Snowmobiling and have made several snowmobiling trips to New York State. My true passion is open wheel racing such as Indy car and Formula One. I have attended many races in the US and dream of going to Europe one day to experience a live Formula One race. I am very mechanically inclined and have built my own show car and restored many others. I also enjoy travel, comedy shows, live music and movies. I enjoy cooking and fine dining with friends and family.

A Short Text on Keanu Reeves’ Life 💭
Keanu was born in Lebanon. His parents split when he was three and he grew up with three different stepfathers.
As a kid he was diagnosed with dyslexia and dreamed of becoming a hockey player. He played goalie for a junior league team in Canada but quit after breaking his leg to focus on acting.
He lost his best friend, River Phoenix, in 1993 due to an overdose.
He got married in 1998, experienced a miscarriage with his daughter in 1999, and ultimately lost his wife as well due to a car accident in 2001.
In 2002, Keanu put the Matrix sequels on hold to care for his sick sister. He sold his house to move nearer to his sister, while also helping by cooking meals, cleaning her house, and preparing medication. He also donated 70% of the money he made from The Matrix to leukemia research.
In 2006, when he was filming the movie "The Lake House," he overheard the conversation of two costume assistants, one crying as he would lose his house if he did not pay $20,000 - on the same day, Keanu deposited the necessary amount in his bank account.
In 2010, on his birthday, Keanu walked into a bakery & bought a brioche with a single candle, ate it in front of the bakery, and offered coffee to people who stopped to talk to him.⁣⁣
To this day, Keanu is often seen wandering around New York City, riding the subway, and interacting with people.
