Right. And apparently also a contractor, judge, psychic, firefighter, NASCAR driver, private investigator, negotiator, problem solver… and occasionally an eight-armed multitasking machine. 😂

Because real estate is rarely *just* opening doors and writing offers.

It’s researching property history, running numbers, coordinating inspections, chasing title questions, rearranging 7 showings across multiple counties, negotiating the unexpected, putting out fires three days before closing… and somehow being expected to predict interest rates. 🔮🔥

I may not be qualified to know if that wall is load-bearing 😂 but I know who to call, what questions to ask, and how to keep the deal moving!
