Yesterday was perfect for our team luncheon - and special thanks to the Cheezylicious food truck who was certainly a big hit!!

Delicious grilled cheese sandwiches, a break from the daily grind, and time to just chill together for a minute and enjoy some good old-fashioned comfort food!

We are grateful and blessed to have such a cohesive team. Great culture does not happen by accident, it is built by people who show up, work hard, support each other, and still find time to enjoy the ride.

We’re proud to announce the completion and turnover of Wintergreen Ledges Apartments in Akron, Ohio! (It was actually completed in late July, but we wanted to make it "social media official") 😉

This new 120-unit apartment community was built with comfort, convenience, and connection in mind. Residents have access to a community room, fully equipped fitness center, business center, and on-site management offices. A terrific addition to the great city of Akron!

A project of this size takes a lot of people working together. Congratulations to our Commercial Construction team, our subcontractor partners, and everyone who helped bring Wintergreen Ledges from plans to completion.

Great work by everyone involved!

Fresh drone shots just in from The Heights project in Akron, Ohio!

Getting up in the air really shows the scale of this 160-unit, 162,000 sq. ft. commercial multi-story apartment project. Solar panels are up on the rooftop, and interior buildout is in full swing throughout the building.

Great work by our construction crews. The site is coming along nicely!

Impressive progress is being made on the Villas at Hidden Lakes Multi-Family community project in Medina, Ohio.

Roads are in and the installation of the sign at the entrance signifies a monumental benchmark for the project.

Final sitework and underground utilities continue for the remaining sites, while footers and slabs have been poured for the initial buildings with the first buildings going vertical with framing, sheathing and wraps this week.

Fantastic job by our admin crews and subs - the site is really starting to take shape.

Part 1: https://smpl.is/am8ft - update on the events center, the first floor of the hotel, including the reception area, lobby, coffee shop, first floor bar and restaurant. Then we head up a level to see the progress of the actual hotel rooms!

Part 2: https://smpl.is/am8fu - We talk about the challenges of the final phases, sound proofing in the building, and what's next for the hotel once construction is complete. We tour more of the hotel rooms including the larger luxury suites. Then we head up to the top floor for a first look at the outdoor patio space!

Part 3: https://smpl.is/am8fq - We continue touring the 5th floor of the hotel going through the workout area (the mansard), top floor restaurant, kitchen and huge bar area. Then we head into the impressive courtyard area and we wrap up the series outside the front of the building in the drop off area.

! Happy Friday, friends!

We're excited to see our Oberlin Place project in Oberlin, Ohio starting to rise.

Sitework and underground utilities are about finished. Foundations are being installed and backfilled across the site, while the buildout of the elevator shaft and stair tower on the first floor have begun.

This is a big project site with lots of moving parts. Our construction teams are doing great work out there keeping things moving forward!

Happy Friday and Happy Ribbon Cutting Day! (a great way to end the week in our opinion)

Today we'll participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony at The Villas at Wyles Farm in Brimfield, Ohio.

This never gets old! Another project complete - this BTR Haus Community officially open and adding to the beauty of this great town. None of this happens without the right people — thank you to Brimfield, Ohio, our partners, the construction admin team, and the many outstanding sub-contractors who turned this vision into reality.

It's getting closer and closer! The highly anticipated Legacy Hotel Medina has made significant progress since we last posted.

Guest rooms are getting flooring, paint, and working fixtures, windows continue going in across the building, and the facade is being cleaned and sealed up tight. The finish line is coming into view!

Incredible work by our construction admin and subs navigating these final (and always tricky) stages!

We're shooting another video to get an advanced look at the inside progress tomorrow! Stay tuned.
