I don't list it and pray for a buyer. I’m making sure the home is clean, staged right, picture perfect and ready to show! I’m the agent holding the Open Houses and not just throwing your house on the market and crossing my fingers it will sell. I’m making the phone calls to the agents who have shown it and getting their clients feedback for my sellers. I’m doing what it takes to get that home SOLD!
I gather information to assist clients with their goals. I make offers to buy accordingly. I get to know my clients needs and wants/likes and dislikes. I pay attention to every detail. I don’t push my clients. They are the ones who are making the decisions. I make sure they are comfortable and happy with every decision they make and have absolutely no regrets!
