Ok! It’s across the bridge, but well worth the trip. A new favorite spot overlooking the Indian River - great vibe and delicious food. 💯 on the Ceviche game. Even the littles enjoyed the music and “fish n chips” actual grouper fingers 😚 highly recommend !

Seriously! So true 😉 and particularly when you finally get a great escape to ! News alert there’s a new chef in town just down the road at Aquarina Country Club / Brassie Grill is changing the game and bringing local sourced seafood Hornbelly Seafood, amazing , and all kinds of goodness. Don’t stress let the chef cook !

One of our favorite corners of the cottage - fun too see our guests create their own own happy spaces. One of the best things we experience as hosts is seeing how our guests find moments to experience the cottage as their own. It’s a blank canvas waiting for you to make memories 😊

“You Are My Sunshine” the Nicholson’s arrived at the Punk Cottage on sunny Saturday afternoon. Our first spring guests in 2013. They instantly fell in love with the cottage and their little dog Cricket had a grand time chasing lizards. They quickly became favored guests and visited every year since spring and fall. We’ve celebrated happy times, birthdays and sad times when a dear friend passes. This bench is a memorial to Carolyn - she gone to spread her sunshine from a higher place. We will miss her. Hosting is much more than a transaction for me. Guests bring joy and laughter to the cottage and truly create a sense of home.

It’s spring ! One of the best times of year to be in Florida - well ok we don’t think there is ever a bad time to be in . The turtles have begun nesting , the water is warming and beautiful and we’ve spiced up the cottage. It’s going to be a busy spring and summer.

A little spring update at the cottage. This room on the south side of the cottage has amazing light and it’s a great place to capture a quiet moment and reflect. How the cottage connects one space to another is part of the historic charm. Keeping things fresh and bright is one of my favorite things about hosting. Always on the look out for just the right touches. Come visit and see for yourself. I’d love to hear what your favorite space in the cottage is 💕😊. Disclaimer : the chairs overlooking the ocean and beach don’t count that’s outside .... but hey if I’m honest the view and ocean will always win 😊.

No need to wonder or worry this is reality at Paradise Found Florida - the Ocean she gets angry and then she gets over it. The ups and downs of life melt away when we make time to appreciate what’s in front of us.
