Oh my - it's been a long time since I posted on my RE page. Since my last post I've closed my personal business for a bit (ClayZ Arts), purchased and moved into a house (renting just isn't for me), and am the premier property manager for Burke Group Real Estate! I took a break for a few weeks from RE to do all the above and am back in the full swing of things.
