The buyers for this home know exactly what they want, and we are currently undergoing inspections and further negotiations.

Inspection contingencies are a protective period for the buyer. It allows you to dig into the home’s history and determine if there are issues with the home that were not evident when you initially looked. If you determine after further inspection that the home is not right for you, you get your deposit back and continue the house hunt, or we take this opportunity to negotiate further, either in purchase price, or for seller to make repairs prior to close, and/or credits at closing.

Never go without an inspection, even with new construction!
