When we list your home, we want the most qualified buyers to be able to view the home, not just buyers within a brokages sphere.

New Realtor Tip 👇

Take everything you can possibly get and run with it.

Buyers. Sellers. Renters. Hot leads. Cold leads. Take the appointment. Answer the phone. Have the conversation.

Especially in your first 6 to 12 months.

There’s so much value in working with different types of clients because, honestly, you probably don’t even know what you’re best at yet.

Every lead teaches you something.

The beginning of real estate can be tough because you’ll feel like you’re doing a ton of work without seeing much of a return. That’s a big reason so many people get out of the business within the first year.

But what you don’t always see is that you’re building relationships.

That renter may become a buyer.
That buyer may refer you to a seller.
That cold lead may call you six months from now ready to move.

So give as much as you can in the beginning and don’t expect the return to be instant.

You’re planting seeds.

The closings come later.

What are your thoughts on REAL acquiring Re/Max?

Clients probably don’t care but this is worth paying attention too if you’re in the real estate industry.

REAL’s agent fees are increasing slightly and Re/Max is staying Re/Max, just will have access to our tools and systems.
