The community management team at Lakes of Melbourne is completing hurricane preparation responsibilities and will evacuate for their safety by 10 am on Wednesday, October 9, 2024. They will return once the storm has passed and conditions are safe. To maintain community security after the hurricane passes, entrances may be staffed. Upon return to the community, residents will need to present proof of residency to personnel at the entrances.

Community management will continue to communicate through normal resident communication channels, and we encourage residents to check their emails, texts, and/or phone messages as they are able.

We wish all Floridians safety during and after the hurricane. Our thoughts are with our Florida residents, teams, and vendors.
