Today, on my birthday, I’m proud to officially introduce Dwell with Devon.
For years, I’ve told stories through various media formats and created memorable experiences through hospitality. Those worlds taught me the importance of presentation, attention to detail, relationships, and exceptional service.
This is the very foundation of my approach to real estate.
While my real estate journey began a few years ago, today feels like the right moment to formally put my name behind what I’m building.
Dwell with Devon is a house of real estate, design, and elevated living across multiple planes.
Based in Miami and serving South Florida, I’m proud to be a licensed advisor with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, combining trusted local expertise with the reach and resources of the Sotheby’s global network.
Through Dwell with Devon, expect distinctive homes, neighborhood discoveries, thoughtful design, hosting and lifestyle inspiration, market insight, and practical guidance for your next move.
Whether you’re buying, selling, relocating, preparing your credit, exploring financing, or considering real estate as part of your investment strategy, my goal is to be a trusted resource throughout the entire journey—from our first conversation through closing and beyond.
This birthday, I’m celebrating where I’ve been, and embracing where I’m going.
I dedicate this next chapter to my mother, Shirley Adderly. She taught me the importance of helping others, working hard, and taking pride in everything you put your name on. Those values continue to guide how I serve others and approach my work every day.
Follow along and share this introduction. A referral is the best gift.
The site www.devonadderly.com (though under construction) is live and open for your messages and business.
Welcome to Dwell with Devon. Make yourself at home.
All my love, Devon.
