And for the record, those flowers were NOT the reason I lost the appointment. 😉

Here’s the honest behind-the-scenes:
I haven’t posted listings lately because I don’t have new ones to post. Not because I haven’t been showing up.

I’ve been on appointments, bringing my A-game, my market knowledge, and straight-up expert advice every single time.

But here’s the thing about this business…I’m not for everyone, and everyone’s not for me.

A few of those sellers wanted a higher number than I was willing to promise just to win the listing. They went with an agent who told them what they wanted to hear. And that’s okay. That’s the right call for them, and it’s the right call for me. Theres no hard feelings.

I love working with people who want a partner that tells them the truth. So I’m getting back to it, for the clients who want me in their corner.

No one talks about this enough.👀🐾
Your pets are your best secret keepers.

They’ve seen the Amazon boxes you said you didn’t order, the drive-thru snacks before dinner, and the “I’m leaving now” text sent while still in pajamas.

And they never say a word. 😺

If adopting feels like too much right now, fostering might be the better fit.

And if fostering sounds like too big of a commitment, the SPCA of Brevard has Borrowed Buddies… where you can take a shelter dog out for the day. No long-term commitment, just a little freedom, fresh air, and maybe a pup cup.

Yes- kitty cats too! 😻

Sometimes helping doesn’t have to mean forever… sometimes it just means right now.

And honestly? Same goes for big life decisions like moving. You don’t need all the answers first, you just need a place to start.

If fostering feels too big, start smaller.

Too much work.
Too complicated.
