I'd like to share some exciting news with you.
Over the past few decades, I have been fortunate to have beautiful, professionally designed websites provided through the brokerages I've represented. We're currently seeing about a 3.7 to 3.9-month supply of single-family homes—a much healthier balance than we've seen in recent years.

More than 880 single-family homes sold in one month, while condo and townhouse sales jumped an impressive 18.8%.

Single-family homes are moving efficiently, averaging about 44 days from list to contract.
