This one is bittersweet 💙

🏡✨ What a couple of weeks it’s been!

Tiffany and I have been incredibly grateful to help some amazing people close on homes across different parts of Florida—and each story is special in its own way.

🔑 St. Augustine: Our biggest sale to date! We teamed up with the incredible Leah, who brought deep local knowledge and helped us negotiate an amazing deal for our client Cheri.

🔑 Palm Coast: This one is close to the heart. I met this client while visiting my mom in the hospital. We ended up selling her home and getting her into a new one—well below asking price!

🔑 Palm Bay: A friend’s dad was facing the end of his lease and wanted to buy. We locked in a place with a super low HOA, got the seller to cover all closing costs, and got him moved in for just around $1,000. Try finding rent that low!

🔑 Sentimental Win: Dominique found the house she had raised her two daughters in years ago. We got her offer accepted—even over another one—and had all her closing costs covered. It meant the world to help bring her back home.
