Meant to share at the beginning of the month, but this month’s been fun 🤩
Congratulations to my buyers, The Babb’s!!

I was so giddy, yet humbled that this was our FOURTH transaction together since meeting them in 2018. They were originally connected with me to list their home because they were moving back up north. Fast forward a couple years after that super successful closing, and they wanted to move back to Florida; I was more than happy to help 😃

After a couple years later (2021) I was desperately searching for another buyer I was working with, and happened to reach out because their neighborhood was perfect for him. Turned out they needed to sell again! It was a perfect fit for my buyer and hassle free for them; a win-win for everyone!

When I got the call a few months ago that they were ready to be back in Florida I was not only flattered, but excited to work with them again because they are some of the best to work with; They know the process and trust me completely, which is huge for me. Their trust means more than anything else 🥰

We got ourselves into a bidding war, came in strong, but not over asking, and SUCCESS! I’m excited for them to settle in and enjoy Space Coast living again 🌴🌴

Please give The New Florida Winters a warm welcome!!! We closed on their new construction home this past week with Holiday Builders, and I have to say I was very impressed with HB and how detailed/ customer oriented the contractor was! They made the treck from the cold winters in Virginia just in time to see the record setting hail in Brevard County 😂 I hope you have many happy memories in your new home and can’t wait to see the finished pool!!! I love my aunt and uncle and so glad we were able to sell their property in a great location directly off Turkey Creek! Although they are family, and some of my favorites 🥰 it was a very long process - mostly taking on the city for doing stupid things (like blocking access to their property with a barricade/land locking the property), handling errors on the survey, and having to tell a young buyer “no” on feeble attempts to beat them down on price.
After multiple meetings with the city, persistence, and relying on some of my left over legal skills, we eventually got it all straightened out and finally closed just in time before the market starts misbehavin’!

Congratulations aunt Jean and Uncle Barry!! Love you guys 🥰🥰
