A special closing 🏡 Congratulations to my clients Connor and Riley for their purchase of this gorgeous home in Suntree. We met on a whim when Connor called asking for details on a listing that has sold months ago. I was happy to raise my hand and say hire me- let’s find your home 🏡
They described their wish list, talked about growing a family and starting new careers. I loved how at their younger age- they have plans and excitement 🥰 The first home under contract had the most amazing backyard- however deferred maintenance and it would need some work to get it back up to speed. It overall ended up being not the right fit. They decided they needed a turn key home.
We maybe viewed around 30 homes 🏡 together over the span of 2 months. Finally we found Hill Ave. It was a brand new listing- the pictures looked amazing and we saw it on day 1.
