My Seller received an offer from a Veteran that had a house to sell in Satellite Beach. They wanted to use their VA Loan and this particular condo was not previously VA Approved. Most agents would've walked away or told the buyer to find something else but this is the Space Coast and our Veterans are important to us. Instead, we got to work.

We structured an offer with built-in timeline milestones to protect both sides, then put together the full documentation package needed to push through VA condo approval — from scratch.

We closed. The condo is now VA approved. And a veteran got the home they earned.
