🏠 Christ Is The Answer Rescue Mission's Men's Dorm is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

That's because the need for a safe place and a fresh start doesn't end when the sun goes down.

The reality is that homelessness, addiction, and crisis don't keep a schedule—and neither do we.

Every hour of every day, our Dorm Team is here to provide a safe, secure, Christ-centered environment for the those in our residential recovery program. They maintain accountability, offer encouragement, respond to emergencies, and help create the structure that allows lasting life transformation to take place.

They're also often the first face someone sees when they arrive at our doors looking for help.

Whether it's the middle of the afternoon or late in the night, someone is here to welcome them with compassion, begin the intake process, and remind them that no one is beyond the hope found in Jesus Christ.

This ministry never closes because people in need don't stop needing hope.

🎶 Off to Summer Praise Night! 🎶

Tonight, the men of Christ is the Answer Rescue Mission are heading to Calvary Chapel Melbourne’s Summer Praise Night, and we’re excited for an evening focused on worshiping Jesus Christ.

We’re thankful to Calvary Chapel for hosting events like this for our community. Opportunities to gather with fellow believers, worship together, and hear God’s Word are a blessing, and we’re grateful for churches that faithfully point people to Christ.

Would you join us in praying for the men tonight?

🙏 Pray that they would worship God wholeheartedly and encounter His presence in a powerful way.

🙏 Pray that the Holy Spirit would move in their hearts, bringing encouragement, conviction, healing, and renewed faith.

TESTIMONIAL TUESDAY | Tony’s Story

Just one year ago, Tony was homeless, living on the streets, struggling with addiction, and had burned nearly every bridge with family and loved ones.

Today, his life looks very different.

Through God’s grace and the support of Christ Is The Answer Rescue Mission, Tony has a full-time job, purchased a car in his own name, has money in the bank, and is experiencing restored relationships with his family—including a stronger relationship with his son than ever before.

Most importantly, Tony gives all the glory to God for the transformation that has taken place in his life.

His story is a powerful reminder that no one is beyond the reach of God’s grace and that lasting life change is possible through Jesus Christ.

Life Change in Action

Ten months ago, Forrest came to Christ Is The Answer Rescue Mission at a point in his life when things were not headed in the right direction. While he knew who Jesus was, he was not living for Him, and the choices he was making were leading him further away from the life God intended for him.

Since then, Forrest has surrendered his life fully to Jesus Christ and embraced the discipleship, accountability, and biblical teaching offered through the mission. His transformation has been remarkable.

During his time in the program, Forrest secured employment, earned a promotion to a management position through his hard work and dedication, and this week received a truck from a generous supporter of the mission as he continues building a new life.

Stories like Forrest's remind us why Christ Is The Answer Rescue Mission exists. Through Jesus Christ, lives can be transformed, futures can be restored, and hope can be found again.

Happy Father's Day from Christ Is The Answer Rescue Mission!

Today, we celebrate fathers, grandfathers, father figures, and the men who are working every day to become the men God has called them to be.

Fatherhood is one of life's greatest blessings and responsibilities. It is a calling to lead, love, protect, and leave a legacy that impacts future generations.

At Christ Is The Answer Rescue Mission, we have the privilege of walking alongside men as they rebuild their lives, strengthen their faith, restore relationships, and pursue a brighter future through Jesus Christ.

On this Father's Day, we thank God for the fathers who faithfully lead their families and for the men who are taking steps toward becoming the fathers, grandfathers, and role models they were created to be.

THANK YOU!

Recently, we shared an urgent need. Our dorm elevator had become completely inoperable, and we needed to raise $28,329 to complete critical repairs and restore safe, code-compliant access to our men's facility.

Today, we're grateful to share that the funds were raised and the elevator is back up and running!

With 60% of our men's dorm beds located upstairs, this repair directly impacts our ability to continue providing shelter, stability, recovery support, discipleship, and hope to the men we serve.
