Our summer interns, Derek Olinski and Michael Moss II, are learning from the best, Jeff Robison and Mike Moss.

Derek Olinski just recently graduated from Melbourne High School and plans to go to Eastern Florida State College to get his degree in real estate or business management. Derek says the best part about joining our team is "learning the ins & outs of the business".

Michael Moss II graduates from UCF in spring of 2023 with his degree in real estate and a minor in finance. Michael plans on pursuing a career in commercial real estate, whether it be sales and leasing or development. Michael's favorite part of joining Team LBR is “having the opportunity to be around and learn from the top 4 producing brokers in Brevard”.

Items discussed: trends, statistics, and sale/lease comps of retail and office real estate in our area; plans that are in place to gentrify the Downtown Melbourne area.
