I’m Challanne Hill-Gee.

Before I’m anything else, I’m a wife and a mom to two incredible kids. They are my greatest purpose and the reason I work so hard every single day. Every late night, every early morning, every showing, every contract, every mile driven… it’s all for them and the life we’re building together.

I’m also a military spouse, which means I know that home isn’t always a place—sometimes it’s the people you’re with. I’ve lived the PCS life. I’ve experienced the excitement, the uncertainty, the countdowns, the goodbyes, and the challenge of starting over in a place that doesn’t feel like home… yet.

That’s why real estate is so much more than buying and selling houses to me.

It’s helping a family find stability during a season of change. It’s handing someone the keys to the place where birthdays will be celebrated, babies will take their first steps, holiday traditions will begin, and lifelong memories will be made.

Teo is checking for lofts, stairs, Monster Jam truck storage, and dinosaur space. Maliah is making sure there’s room for a pink Barbie bedroom, a pink Barbie car, and enough cabinets to open.
